786abc Terms & Conditions — Clear and in Plain English

By using the 786abc website or mobile app, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 786abc's services.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 786abc and its members. 786abc reserves the right to modify these terms at any time — however, members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

786abc operates under an international license and complies with the directives of the relevant regulatory authority. The platform reviews local laws before offering services to users in any jurisdiction.

To become a member of 786abc, you must complete the registration process and meet the following requirements:

• One Account Policy: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Providing Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information at registration—including your full name, date of birth, and phone number. Providing false details may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Account transfers prohibited: Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Password security: Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 786abc will not be held liable for any activity carried out by a third party using a member's account.

Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate on 786abc. This is not merely a rule — it is a fundamental requirement of responsible gaming.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required particularly when:

• A large withdrawal is being made for the first time
• Unusual activity detected on the account
• A bonus-related dispute has been raised.
• As part of a routine security review

KYC verification typically requires a photo of a valid National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. 786abc keeps this information strictly confidential and uses it exclusively for verification purposes.

786abc only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the member's own name. Deposits sent from someone else's bKash or bank account will not be accepted and will be returned.

A withdrawal request will only be processed if there are no active bets on the account at the time of the request. Withdrawals from a bonus balance are only possible once the associated wagering requirements have been met.

The following rules apply at all times when betting on 786abc:

• Placed bets are final: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be changed—unless the cash-out or bet-edit feature is active.
• Odds Changes: Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed. Odds may change rapidly during live betting.
• Bet Cancellation Scenarios: If a match doesn't start on time or is postponed indefinitely, 786abc reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Technical Issues: Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error will be considered void.
• Minimum Bet: A minimum stake of ৳20 is required for a single bet.
• Parlay limits: A maximum of 15 selections can be placed in a single parlay.

Before claiming any bonus offer from 786abc, it is important to read the applicable terms carefully. Some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount). Withdrawals are not permitted until this requirement is met.
• Time limit: Every bonus must be used within its specified validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• One bonus at a time: In general, multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse is Prohibited: Systematic betting designed to exploit the bonus system—such as placing opposing bets to withdraw bonus funds—will result in bonus cancellation and an account review.
• Referral Bonus: The referral bonus will be credited only after the referred person successfully registers and makes their first deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786abc. Any detected violation will result in immediate account suspension:

• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same name or identity.
• Bonus Fraud: Any deliberate attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using false identities, or to exploit the bonus system to withdraw funds.
• Money laundering: Using 786abc's payment system for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system errors: Exploiting technical errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of or influence over a match's outcome.
• Third-party funds: Placing bets using another person's funds.
• Automated betting: Placing bets automatically using bots or scripts.

786abc reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• If fraud, forgery, or suspicious activity is detected
• If false information is found to have been submitted during KYC verification
• Upon Direction from Law Enforcement

If an account is closed and the balance contains legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) with no proven rule violations, a refund will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Members who wish to close their account can contact the support team directly. Voluntary self-exclusion is also available under our responsible gaming policy.

For inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months), a monthly maintenance fee of up to ৳50 may be deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
